We design and dress the entire dining experience — linens, runners, charger plates, napkin folds, glassware, candleholders, florals — coordinated to a single palette so the table reads as one composition rather than a collection of items.
Pair it with our balloon décor for a celebratory feel, or keep it pared-back and architectural for an intimate, grown-up evening. The Luxe Banquet works beautifully alongside our table styling service — and we'll work with your caterer, or recommend one of our trusted partners.

How many guests can The Luxe Banquet seat?
We've styled banquets from 12 to 120 guests. Long table arrangements work beautifully up to about 40 — beyond that we typically design two or three parallel tables, all coordinated to one palette.
Do you provide the tables and chairs, or work with what the venue has?
Both. We can supply long banquet tables, chairs and linens through our hire partners, or dress what the venue already has. Tell us your venue and we'll build the right plan.
How far in advance should I book a banquet styling?
6–10 weeks for most occasions; 3 months for weddings and milestone celebrations. We need lead time to source linens, candles, glassware and florals in your specific palette.
Do you work with our caterer?
Absolutely. We coordinate with your venue, florist, caterer and planner whenever there are other suppliers involved — and we're happy to recommend trusted partners from our network if you're still building your team.
Where do you cover?
We're based in Chiswick and cover the whole of West London — Richmond, Barnes, Hammersmith, Ealing, Fulham, Chelsea, Kew, Isleworth and Brentford. We can travel further across Greater London on request, with a small mileage charge.
