What we bring to the day.
We bring everything: low tables, rugs, floor cushions, throws, glassware, plates, hampers and grazing boards. You and your guests just arrive, sit down, and stay for hours.
Perfect for proposals, intimate birthdays, hen-do brunches, or a beautifully styled afternoon with friends. We scout the spot, set it up, photograph it for you if you'd like, and pack down at the end.
We arrive early, style the space, and clear everything afterwards.

Where can you set up a luxe picnic?
We've styled picnics in private gardens, parks, rooftops, riverside spots and even balconies. For public parks we'll advise on permit requirements where they apply. We cover Chiswick and across West London.
What happens if it rains?
We monitor the forecast in the days before and offer a covered alternative or a date change where possible. For garden setups we can bring a stretch canopy. Final calls are made together 24 hours out.
Is food included?
Grazing boards (cheese, charcuterie, fruit, seasonal sweets) are part of every Luxe Picnic. We don't do hot meals — for those we recommend a caterer.
How far in advance should I book?
4–8 weeks is ideal for picnic season (May–September). Off-season picnics with shorter lead times are usually possible.
Do you pack everything down at the end?
Yes — set-up and pack-down are always included. We arrive several hours before the event to build everything on-site, and return at the end to clear it away so you don't have to think about it.
