Every balloon installation is built fresh on the day, using premium pearl, chrome and matte finishes — never a balloon left on the wall longer than it should be. We hand-pick palettes that complement your venue's lighting, your florals, and the mood you want to create.
Whether you need a statement entrance arch, an organic backdrop for the photo wall, ceiling clouds, or a centrepiece that anchors the whole room — we'll design it, deliver it, and pack it down so you don't have to think about it. Balloons — frequently asked
How far in advance should I book balloon décor?
Most clients book 4–8 weeks ahead, but for weddings or peak season (May–July, December) we recommend 3 months. We do take last-minute enquiries when our schedule allows — get in touch and we'll let you know what's possible.
Do balloon installations last outdoors?
Yes, but lifespan depends on weather. Latex balloons hold up well in mild conditions but soften in direct heat above 25°C and can be affected by strong wind. For outdoor weddings, picnics and baby showers we plan placement carefully and have backup ideas if the forecast changes.
Are the balloons biodegradable?
We use high-quality latex balloons that are 100% biodegradable. Foil and chrome balloons are not biodegradable but are removed and recycled by us at pack-down — none are released into the environment.
Where do you deliver balloon installations?
We're based in Chiswick and cover the whole of West London — Richmond, Barnes, Hammersmith, Ealing, Fulham, Chelsea, Kew, Isleworth and Brentford. We can travel further across Greater London on request, with a small mileage charge.
Is set-up and pack-down included in the price?
Yes — set-up and pack-down are always included. We arrive several hours before the event to build everything on-site, and return at the end to clear it away so you don't have to think about it.
