Full Event Planning
Sometimes you don't want to brief twelve different suppliers. Our full event planning service takes the whole event — concept, suppliers, schedule, on-site management — off your plate.
What we bring to the day.
From the first conversation to the last guest leaving, we manage everything: venue scouting, supplier coordination, run-of-show, styling, balloon installations, florals, catering liaison, and on-the-day logistics.
You tell us what you want it to feel like. We bring it to life. You arrive, enjoy, and leave the rest to us. Most of our event planning briefs build on one of our individual styling services — most often weddings, milestone birthdays or corporate galas.
From mood-board to final pack-down, we handle every step.
Caterers, florists, photographers, entertainment — coordinated by us.
We're there from set-up to teardown so you can enjoy your event.
Event Planning — frequently asked
What does full event planning include?
Concept and creative direction, venue sourcing (if not booked), supplier coordination (caterer, florist, photographer, entertainment), timeline and run-of-day, full styling, on-the-day management and pack-down.
How far in advance should I book full event planning?
For weddings: 9–18 months. For corporate events and milestone celebrations: 3–6 months. The earlier the better — venues book up especially in peak season (May–September, December).
Will you be there on the day?
Yes. For full event planning we're on-site from set-up through pack-down, coordinating suppliers, managing the timeline and handling anything that comes up so you can enjoy the event.
Can you plan an event outside London?
Yes, we've planned destination events and weddings outside London. Travel costs are added transparently to the quote.
Where do you cover by default?
We're based in Chiswick and cover the whole of West London — Richmond, Barnes, Hammersmith, Ealing, Fulham, Chelsea, Kew, Isleworth and Brentford. We can travel further across Greater London on request, with a small mileage charge.
