Masquerade Balls in London
A masquerade ball is the most theatrical party there is — and it only works when the room commits. We style masquerade balls in London that feel like stepping into another century, without a single plastic mask in sight.
What we bring to the day.
Deep candlelight, layered florals, gold-and-black or jewel-toned palettes, dramatic table settings, velvet and brocade textures — we dress the whole venue so the masks make sense the moment guests walk in. We can source quality Venetian-style masks for every guest, or design a mask table as part of the entrance.
Masquerade works beautifully for milestone birthday parties, charity balls, corporate winter parties and New Year's Eve. For larger balls, our full event planning service covers the venue search, catering, entertainment and on-the-night management — you just choose your mask.
We style masquerade balls across London — from West London townhouses and members' clubs to hotel ballrooms and private dining rooms. Our Luxe Banquet table styling sits at the heart of most of them. Planning one yourself first? Read our guide on how to plan a masquerade ball in London.
Candlelight, florals, draping and table styling that transform the room.
Quality Venetian-style masks for guests, or a styled mask table at the entrance.
For full balls we run the night — entertainment cues, dinner service, pack-down.
Masquerade Balls — frequently asked
Do you organise the whole masquerade ball or just the styling?
Either. Most clients book us for full venue dressing — candlelight, florals, table styling, draping and the entrance. For complete balls, our event planning service adds venue search, catering liaison, entertainment and on-the-night management.
Can you provide masks for the guests?
Yes. We source quality Venetian-style masks — plain, filigree or feathered — either placed at each setting or presented on a styled mask table at the entrance so guests choose their own as they arrive.
What venues in London work for a masquerade ball?
Rooms with height and drama work best — hotel ballrooms, members' clubs, period townhouses, private dining rooms with panelling or chandeliers. We know venues across West London and can shortlist options for your guest count and budget.
How far in advance should I book a masquerade ball?
For styling only, 6–10 weeks. For a full ball with venue search and suppliers, 3–6 months — and for December or New Year's Eve dates, book as early as you can; the good venues go first.
Where do you cover?
We're based in Chiswick and cover the whole of West London — Richmond, Barnes, Hammersmith, Ealing, Fulham, Chelsea, Kew, Isleworth and Brentford. We can travel further across Greater London on request, with a small mileage charge.
